This was first time playing with this lineup, so I had to be a bit conservative.  You can’t lose control when you’re the band leader so I went for .7 grams.  Once again I did grind it up (in the coffee grinder) – the best way to determine a dose.  I washed it down with a beer about an hour before show time, knowing it would kickin during the set.

And it did!   About the 3rd song in I felt the first wave of “enhancement” pulsated through my body, I remember thinking “woo-hoo – here we go –  let it roll!  Whatever happens happens – can’t worry about it now..”  I remember smiling when it hit, and also being thankful that it seemed like it wasn’t about to trip me up (no pun intended).  The gig went really well.

Unfortunately, much to my chagrin, this gig also went largely undocumented.  Just this one photo is all I have to show for it.  No video!  damn…

But thats okay – the experiment has already revealed its preliminary results: .7 grams seems to work just fine, thank you.  The next step is to try a “macro dose”.  This will be tricky, but I’ve got to try performing whilst tripping balls, as it is said.  How can you know how far to take it without taking it a little too far, right?  So, that is next on the agenda.  We’ll see…
